Do you have an update on Anna Vance Paper Co? I ordered in March and still have not received my order. She no longer has an Instagram account and her email account has been deleted. While I was excited to watch your video and get my planner, I'm assuming she has shut down production without notifying her customers. If you're aware of how her customers can contact her to get our orders, that would be helpful. This has been frustrating and unfortunate. Thank you in advance for your help!

I’m in the same position, never received my order from months ago and have not been able to contact. So frustrating and disappointing
I just received an email with my shipping information and that it is on the shelf being prepared for shipment. The email address for them was a new one but at least I finally heard something after ordering the first week of March.
@@ajanetmoore4325 i ordered in December & Jan 😭 one of the orders has a pending label for weeks, i also received a shipping e-mail for the second order last week…but it was never picked up. Hopefully it means they will start shipping?
Oh no!!!!! I just ordered my very first planner and picked my shipping date for May 2024. I assumed I would get it by the end of May. 😬
