Feel like taking but it was a 32% raise and I can feed my 2 babies at home. Being able to feed my kids and pay the bills is satisfaction for me.
My answer: no. There's a lot more to a job than just the paycheck like the ability to be creative, a boss who lets you do your job without micromanaging your every move, and the environment you're in. Money is great but it can't make up for a bad boss, lazy coworkers, or office politics.
Have an opportunity to get a 50% increase in pay but I do enjoy working at my current employer… it’s tough
Take the 50% increase. It's not worth it to stay with an employer that won't pay you what you're worth. Don't sacrifice your personal life for your professional life.
