I am fired up by this first responder comment, as we know who we consider first responders, and they are people who don't even know us, but help us and sometimes put their lives on the line for us. Harry doesn't understand parenting, and that is no surprise, considering how royals and aristocrats are raised. But suddenly he's the father and wants to give advice? Yes, as a parent your child has to be nursed or have a diaper change during the middle of the night, and you leap into action. You have that responsibility. You comfort them when they are ill, you bandage the boo boos. You feed them the best food you can afford, and you keep an eye on what is going on with their friendships. You park the phone at homework time and no access until the next morning. A first responder, as he describes it, is someone who loves their family. People who not only take care of their children, but their parents and grandparents, brothers and sisters. He has failed on the parent, grandparent, and sibling front. I am a parent, not a first responder. I have immense respect for firs responders. Edit to say he is king of stolen valor if he wants to conflate his role as a parent to a first responder. I think it was a doll, because Harry seemed very reluctant to show much more of it to the camera. I always assumed that the real Archie arrived two weeks earlier and by a surrogate, as Harry’s gaff suggested, so his birth caught them off guard. They had to show a doll because the real Archie wouldn’t have looked like a newborn by then! No one would risk wearing a white dress just after having a baby, for obvious reasons too.

Yes, as a parent your child has to be nursed or have a diaper change during the middle of the night, and you leap into action. You have that responsibility. You comfort them when they are ill, you bandage the boo boos. You feed them the best food you can afford, and you keep an eye on what is going on with their friendships. You park the phone at homework time and no access until the next morning. A first responder, as he describes it, is someone who loves their family. People who not only take care of their children, but their parents and grandparents, brothers and sisters. He has failed on the parent, grandparent, and sibling front. I am a parent, not a first responder. I have immense respect for firs responders. Edit to say he is king of stolen valor if he wants to conflate his role as a parent to a first responder. And edit to say William was an actual first responder, and seems a great parent.

I think it was a doll, because Harry seemed very reluctant to show much more of it to the camera. I always assumed that the real Archie arrived two weeks earlier and by a surrogate, as Harry’s gaff suggested, so his birth caught them off guard. They had to show a doll because the real Archie wouldn’t have looked like a newborn by then! No one would risk wearing a white dress just after having a baby, for obvious reasons too.
