The first three episodes are a little cringey at times but overall this is a great show. Alec was always the best part about it for me, plus Magnus’ character. I never much cared for the main plots revolving around Clary.
The few first episode the acting is not really good specialy for clary but later it's getting better and better and the special effect in season 1 are not that good but in season 2 and 3 its way better too. It's a really cool show

Finally someone who likes both 😂. I haven't gotten the chance to read the books yet, but I know plenty about them and the plots involved, and I honestly don't think it's bad when a show takes a different route. I'm glad a book fan agrees :)
My second favorite show of all time after Teenwolf… You guys need to continue watching the show im sure you gonna love it… I hope you had it to your next week roaster and start doing the whole thing… Im gonna be here all the time for this show…
The beginning is a bit rocky, and the first season isn't near as good as the other two in my opinion, but it does improve even just later in the season. If you want to, I really suggest watching more!! It's a great show.

Shadowhunters is actually a great show but the budget increase in S2 is very noticeable 😂 (also the books are better but when are they not? Note: when it’s Percy jackson but that’s the only example I know)
