What's too hot for fridge compressor?

If a refrigerator is under a heavy load it will be hot to the touch, sometimes you cannot touch it. It's normal, on normal load it will be like around 100 sometimes

However the laser temp checking is for the ambient air. You don't use that to measure compressor temp.
