It is very similar in Poland. Shots should always come with a bit of something to eat and we call it "zagrycha". In Poland we prefer pickled cucumber or marinated herring in vinegar after a shot. Have a great time in Warsaw.
@LukeLifeCharms Hi Luke, awesome vlogs... "Кrivoto" means "The Crooked",they've always had good food, I remember when it started about 25 years ago on a small street in a small basement-like place with a crooked floor, ah, the good old times...
Kal-El uhm like Baghdad?! Unlike Baghdad, Sofia is a convenient, developing city which has a lot to offer to tourists - a walk in the city centre, great places for eating or drinking, variety of different landmarks. You also get the best prices in whole Europe.. And the good news is that it is not only Sofia - again by convenient transportation system you can access many other places the beautiful country of Bulgaria has to offer. No offense to Baghdad, but comparison between it and Sofia is delusional.
@@asi6364 "a walk in the city centre, great places for eating or drinking" Pretty much every city has this. The only notable landmark in Sofia is the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, which isn't particularly unique and pales in comparison to similar landmarks i've visited in Moscow for example. In Sofia I didn't really feel safe, there was swastikas painted everywhere, people wearing swastika necklaces and it's the least developed country i've ever visited in terms of infrastructure. As someone who's parents moved to the UK from Pakistan I had never imagined that a European capital city can look like how Sofia does, it looks worse than many parts of Pakistan. Even the main streets with the most premium shops looked like warzones. I hear from a friend living near Sunny beach that it's much nicer there though but not sure if I would ever visit Bulgaria again.
@@kal-el6035 People wearing swastika necklaces? Warzone? Unsafe? I first thought you're just a paranoid negativist, but now it seems you're a straight out liar. Which stands in stark contrast with Luke's videos. Shame!
Безспорно една от многото ни хубави думи. Лошото е, че лесно се предаваме пред чужденците в опитите си да ги научим да я произнасят и за по- лесно ги учим на мерси ... 🙄🤐🧐

Try Boza.
Bratislava = brother's Glory, true Slav city.
yeah whatever, at the begining of 20th centrury there were more Germans,Hungarians than Slovaks.
Been enjoying your vlogs recently keep the vlogs coming 🤘
But Bratislava really looked unusually deserted...there is usually way more people, outside of the old town too. When was this filmed?
That's because of heatwave, it was more than 35°C outside.
Good for you to have shown the menus with the prices.
What was your impression of the air in Sofia? They say it’s very polluted
