Great minds think alike… I have all these mods on my 22 C8 Z51 HTC…except I kept the low spoiler. Next up will be a Paragon touring cat back system. Leaving three week on a 8000 mile tour of the USA! Drive on!

I’m switching out my exhaust too but I’m going AWE. Paragon was on my consideration list but several of my friends have the AWE so I went AWE. The Paragon is awesome too.

Great video. Gotta say though, that phone holder looks like it is torqueing the ever loving bejeezus out of the infotainment screen. I can't imagine that'll be good over time.

Absolutely. I really like these. You can do so much more with them.
I had the same experience with my Scrape Armor grill guards. The first one went slowly, the second was installed in less than half the time. The biggest difference other than it being the first time was quadruple checking that I had the driver side brackets on the driver side (measure 4 times, install once). Nothing beats a bit of experience!!!

Best mod I did which are many is no. 1 to install a ws6 catch can! The amount of oil it catches is amazing!

Thank you!! I love the AY. It’s not for everyone but I absolutely love it. I don’t think you will regret it if you go AY. I think it looks better in person than in videos and pics too.
You need the strut tower caps to keep water from collecting there
From collecting where? Maybe I forgot something I said in the video.
@@FrontSeatDriver water can collect in the front strut tower webbing, causing corrosion of some of the bolts in there. There are a few manufacturers of caps that go on there, some better than others. I would first remove the trim to see if this is a problem on your car

Genuinely love the rockers and front splitter, they look killer with the high wing. Vossen wheels look sick too. Probably gonna reference this video when my finances have recovered enough to get into a C8! Probably gonna pass on that phone mount though. It looks well made, but wireless Android Auto is better than Google Maps burning into my phone screen and I don't need a reason to be extra distracted from driving. Probably why Chevy put the charger where they did.

It was from Paragon. Tail light over lays for rear lights and also the one for the side markers.

On some cars you've shown at Corvette World, some of those C8 have a body color rear lip spoiler, not the low profile spoiler. Can you tell me the name of that spoiler?
I believe it’s just called the “Low Profile Rear Spoiler.”
Where did you get the Black out tail light kit from?

Why the cell phone mount if you use Car Play?
It holds the phone. You’re still using car play. It’s also a charger. Especially in the C8, there’s not really a good place to hold your phone.
@@FrontSeatDriver I agree that the back center console is not an ideal place for my cell - I have left it there a time or two. However, unless you have a need to watch your cell screen, like 1LT owners may, it’s a nice gadget, but just a gadget.

What size rims did you install, Did the tires come with the wheels, what brand tires did you install with the rims?
Wheels were Vossen HF5. 20” in rear and 19” in front. Stock tires.
$6k for PPF, ceramic and window tint?? That’s double what it should be

It was. Lol. It in the toilet right now with interest rates where they are. We work mostly for home builders and they’re not doing many houses at the moment.
Looks amazing and all the mods really makes your C8 a head turner. The only mod I would not do is the rear light tint. Although it looks great I personally don’t like tinting lights because I want them as bright as possible for other drivers to see.

Looks great, but imo it needs to be lowered. That stock height front wheel gap is 🗑️🚮.
Yeah. I agree. I’m still debating that. The back is fine but front still needs to be lowered a bit.

Wish I could drive it. We’re down here stuck in icemageddon. I went outside and my truck slid down the driveway like 5 feet. 🤣 It’s ice everywhere. Almost everything shut down.
Unfortunately ProClip told me they don’t make the ones with the feet anymore. By experience I can tell you you want the feet.
Love the ProClip though. Nothing else like it. Trust me, I have tried to find something. Nothing compares. I’m on my 4th car with them.
That’s disappointing. Also doesn’t make sense why they stopped. I think it seems necessary.
@@FrontSeatDriver I know from experience that it is necessary with the MagSafe. I tried one without the feet and you hit a bump, and the phone hits the floorboard. You have a passenger barely bump it with her knee. The phone hits the floorboard. When I called him to discuss this with them, I told them I wanted the one with the feet and they said they no longer offer it, they do offer another brand that has a charger in it with feet but no longer the mag safe with feet.
@@DadsGarageDIY Maybe we can get Justin to ask them why. There has to be some sort of reason. Or if they plan to add it back in the future.

I feel like you're going to do the same thing you did moving from the C7 GS to C7 Z06. Where you modded the GS and it wasnt enough. I see you getting rid of this for the Eray or C8 Z06. A lot of money wasted. Otherwise, at least you prepped the car to look good for the next owner for normal cost of a base Vette.
