This shows that Matt really tried his best to keep the show, the band, and the tour going. Unfortunately he did not want to stop and it did more damage. Could you imagine not being able to speak to your wife and children let alone sing? He just wanted to keep doing what he loved even though it hurt him.

no, he changed the way he sings so he doesn't damage his vocal chords more than he already has, he sounds a little more nasal, and almost like he's holding his breath

@@TheTripster710shadows had a nodule in his vocal cords at this time. He pushed through it but hurt himself more. They ended up canceling the remainder of their tour at this year since he ended up having surgery. He changed up is vocal approach again for Life is but a dream and his vocal coach died around 2019 or 2020 I believe.

No, He shredded his vocals chords a little while before this and this actually ended up being the last show they played On this tour cause they canceled the rest of the dates so he could have surgery
