Thanks for watching guys! Let me know what you think in the comments :)
When would you say is best to start optimizing? A week of running ads? two weeks?
Please do keep this up, I watched quite a few of your FB ads videos despite not working in the industry because they were so clear, to the point, and engaging. Now I'm looking to get a job working with Google ads and every non-bs educational video is a treasure (the finding of which requires sifting through a lot of chaff). Thumbs up!
Glad to hear it and that’s the plan!
Ty for information! good work! nice content
Love your videos my man, been following you since your other channel. Look forward to more of your content Ben!
I appreciate that :)
Very useful. Excellent! Thanks a lot. Make more video
Thank you for the video. What does running a campaign include?
Thank you for the video. What is the structure of a contextual advertising campaign?
I appreciate you recommending these valuable video; I will definitely find them handy. WASK is so good optimization tool I think, I can suggest.
Great content 👍 Really relevant content! Thank alot man ♥️ keep the good work
Thanks a lot, glad you think so
Thanks for this awesome video! One question, if that first search term triggered conversions (239) i see on the board, why would you add it as a negative keyword? shouldn't we add it in the keyword list?
Thank you Ben for again a great video.....
Glad you enjoyed it :)
Hello. What is better to use when there is a sale in my store: target or contextual advertising?
Love this video! Thank you so much for the easy explanation! One question - By conversion tracking set up on our website, you mean GA4?
Thanks a lot. No I mean one step further than that and making sure your conversions are being tracked.
Tx
Hi, im running google ads for a company that has close to no competition in my city (around 5 million population) (Adult Entertainment business). do you recommend i use a low Maximum CPC bid limit (around .40) per click? Since nobody else in my city doing google ads? Thanks this would help a lot.
Great video, can you do a video about the most important metrics in google ads
That's a good idea - thanks
Hello Ben, thank you for this video. At minute 3:37 there is a screenshot of a tab. What is the difference between search terms and search keywords? Thank you in advance.
You are very welcome :)
Keywords is what you use to target. Terms is what people actually search for.
@@BenHeathGoogleAds Thank you very much for replying to my message :)
Great work as usual! i can't save it to my playlist, its there a reason for that?
Thanks a lot. No idea I'm afraid.
Hello. Thank you for the video. I'm not getting ad impressions. Why might this be?
Thanks for watching :) Have you got billing set up properly?
How do I get other sites to link to mine?
Great information as always, do you usually recommend google ads over Facebook for local businesses?
Thanks a lot. I’d usually recommend testing both.
What is the maximum keyword that can be used in an advertisement?
Do you offer consultation for Google ads setup??
I don't at this point I'm afraid.
It is necessary to quickly (within a month) sell the goods. What is better to use in this case: promotion or contextual advertising?
That is more dependent on your business model than your ad campaigns.
Hey. Can I advertise any product or service on Google?
Not any I'm afraid. They do have restrictions. But most yes
Launching contextual advertising: what are the stages, terms? Is there a video?
Not yet, but there will be :)
I've been advertising for the first time for about 1.5 weeks. It states 3 days left for learning, but today, under recommendations, it says to go to conversions because they have enough data. Should I accept the recommendation or wait a week or so?
Good question. I would switch to conversions.
@@BenHeathGoogleAds Well, I switched over, and all a sudden, I'm getting no clicks or impressions.
How many clicks per day, month exactly?
That is completely dependent on your specific circumstances.
How to correctly distribute the daily budget in Ads?
I'll create a new video on that at some point soon.
@@BenHeathGoogleAds Thanks, I'll be waiting.
But the only approach to Google Ads is "reactive". You try, fail, adjust, try, fail, adjust. It's that same loop over and over again. What worked this week might not work next week. I think that's makes this quite a bit about luck.
I think that is a bit oversimplistic. Yes you are reacting, but you can get to the point where you predict what works. You can model from other successful advertisers.
What works one week will very likely work the next week as well. People overplay how fast things change.
I love how they all show how to simply set negative kws in order to optimize search campaigns. What about your relevant search terms that are simply producing a high CPC and low conversions, no one shows how to optimize that, basically without those keywords you might as well shut down the campaign.
If a keyword doesn't convert well, I wouldn't target it.
@Ben Heath - Google Ads say your selling Nike shoes, the keyword nike shoes is the one most relevant to your business and you do get clicks and some conversions but now you want to improve and optimize so you add this as a negative? Real marketers know how to answer this questions. Its super easy to do a walk-through on how to set up campaigns.
