Not realistic enough unreal engine has some NEXT LEVEL type of realism, whenever they start using HyperRealism on games it’s gonna start getting good, but in a few decades from now if ever possible Quantum computers should be able to make it to the point where games and real life should be far from different, I can’t wait.
It's a movie, I prefer my movies to have a budget of at least 100million and last 50+ minutes. I just want to see gameplay, but all the kiddies buy half finished games pre-ordered for $60+ based off a trailer. It's a terrible timeline for gamers to say the least
Weird how I just started looking at all the trailers after beating the game. Sadly, a few of the concepts here were dropped, but I had fun pointing out Japanese folklore, urban legends and symbolism all the same.

Sveeny Well My Guess is that it’s going to be a Hack And Slash game in the same vein as Devil May Cry. Why? SHINJI MIKAMI. The two biggest Franchises that he created are Resident Evil And Devil May Cry. And since he has already done his Survival Horror Game with his new studio I’m just taking a guess that Ghostwire is going to be a Hack And Slash.

Such a beautiful game. There were times where I had to remind myself I was looking at CG. The people look very impressive and the movements they make are so realistic. It's becoming hard to tell the difference between real and fake. 👍
My theory: this is the Hyakki Yagyō, or "Night Parade of One Hundred Demons". Ghosts and demons of Japanese folklore manifesting in a riot/parade in the human world and the missing people are all people who were spirited away (pun intended) into their realm. Slender Man appearing is just a newer breed of yokai amanifesting in our digital age, much like how tsukumogami are everyday objects and Gashadokuro manifest from the result of famines and war.
Disappointing to be honest. The gameplay reveal looks nothing like it would be from the original trailer. And I believe the protagonists have changed as well -- for the worse.
The torii gates (a threshold between mundane and supernatural/divine world) extruding into distance, and a flower turning into creature in white (which is colour connected with death in Japanese culture, and which creature is unnaturally shambling) along with shadows of people raising up might mean that the gates into kingdom of death are opened. Cadre of Slenderman-like creatures in suits with umbrellas might be shinigami (an equivalent of grim reapers) coming to take (souls) of people into that place.
It's not a disappointment guys. They just gave you a cinematic Trailer and y'all started to overthink. If you have a wild imagination it's not the developers' fault.
It's literally not even the same game. Probably after one of the leader left they change the design of the game. A trailer most of the times mean nothing, but it always show you the theme and the atmosphere. You look this and now the gameplay. It have nothing, literally nothing to do with it. The gameplay show honestly makes me feel sad. All those stupid "digital" effects on the enemies body.. just why? Maybe will be a great game, still plenty of time for developing but still a big "meh" for now.
Imagine if this is just the trailer and the gameplay is a card game with loot boxes 😂 Edit: this blew up. Hope I made you laugh but I do think the game will be awesome :)
1:18 I LOVE that they used that flower. That flower, a red spiderlily (Higanbana), is an Autumn flower symbolising the afterlife. They're said to grow in Hell and guide the dead back to reincarnation. It scent brings forth the sweet memories of the dead. They represent loss and longing in both Hanakotoba and in the western language of flowers. In the western meaning if you recieved one from someone, back when bouquets of flowers were like a string of emojis to telling the you where the relationship was, it meant that person is telling you "Goodbye, you will never see me again". It's only a little detail but it's left me even more psyched to play this game.

She left Tango once before and came back, I'm pretty sure. I was surprised to see her at E3 presenting this game because I had already heard she had quit. It seemed for a while Mikami was setting her up to take over Tango. The actual events surrounding this whole thing are a mystery.

Coniver Divide Ubisoft is such a great company. Not necessarily that they make revolutionary games but they usually deliver on what they promise and don’t flood it with microtransactions. One of the only trustworthy video game companies anymore.

i dont understand this response, i saw the trailer last year and the recent trailer and they line up alot, this trailer is clearly setting up an action game with a literal FIGHT scene and witht he only words being "dont fear the unkown ATTACK IT"!
At least CP 2077 didnt fake the hype that sky rocketed hope they didnt looked like anthem though

She left Tango once before and came back, I'm pretty sure. I was surprised to see her at E3 presenting this game because I had already heard she had quit. It seemed for a while Mikami was setting her up to take over Tango. The actual events surrounding this whole thing are a mystery.
@@ML-tr1hz Fast forward to today's trailer. I believe I see why she left. Shinji Mikami most likely didn't like what went on with this and tried to fix it and turn it back to something akin to this trailer but...no...it actually looks incredibly disappointing.

@@yunyanyinglockxzx that was just one game, take a look at any other ubisoft game, eg; watch dogs 2, gameplay demo matched the real gameplay. Plus ubisoft's the only big AAA company that I trust, they've never been as greeds as ea or activision, and ubisoft's games are also really good
Coniver Divide Ubisoft is such a great company. Not necessarily that they make revolutionary games but they usually deliver on what they promise and don’t flood it with microtransactions. One of the only trustworthy video game companies anymore.
