No offense meant just delving on the deeper symbolics, are upper GI series and lower GI series are the gays of the upper and lower categories implied in procedure. Your procedure presentation well explained suited for medical tourism.
Why would you really want to do it without? The upper especially would have you gagging like crazy. I know I was towards the end when my drugs wore off earlier than they should have.
@@user-sm6lt9mf9t That was not my experience. Neither upper nor lower amounted to more than just a bit of fleeting discomfort. Why would you want drugs in your body for every little ache and pain? More importantly, though, to each his own! If it suits you to take drugs, then go right ahead just refrain from giving blanket advice that does not apply to everyone.
I had sedation for my colonoscopy and advised to have it.For a gastroscopy throat numbing spray or sedation wouldn't do,I would need to be put right out.
@@amandasmith3303 It seems that it is a personal choice. Some of us choose sedation-free and others do not. The patient is the only person on that table at that moment, so whatever works for them is fine.
I had endoscopy and colonoscopy.same time first endoscopy then colonoscopy..... endoscopy was ok but colonoscopy was very painful..bcz my bowel is redundant tortus with sigmoid colon loops 😢
The black scope in colonoscopy reminds me of the science made dark liquid material invented by China able to patch up on something, crawl or reshape in an object, etc. Then what if it takes the form or worm like thing with camera sensors upfront used for spying.
@@blogical4320 No it didn't hurt. I was awake, but sedated. I had a lot of upper gastro issues. Acid reflux, gut pains, loud stomach growling non stop.
I was done yesterday, endoscopy was ok,now I feel great, thank you to my doctor

Keep in mind that sedation is OPTIONAL.
