    Welcome to Week 2 of our Posture Correction Training Program
    This week, we’ll be building on the foundation we set in Week 1. Our goal is to continue strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. Remember, the key to progress is consistency and proper form.
    Remember to listen to your body throughout these exercises. Do as many reps or hold each position for as long as your body feels comfortable today. If you experience any pain or discomfort, modify the exercise or take a break. Your body’s feedback is crucial for safe and effective progress.
