    MJ LITERALLY said in the last dance, that when Scottie was having back problems and that he probably would not be available for game 6 against Utah, MJ said he was scared. MJ admitted to being SCARED. When have you EVER heard MJ say he was scared in a basketball game? That is how much Scottie meant to MJ and how Scottie took a lot of pressure of of MJ. MJ always gave Pippen his props.

      @@redmase1 MJ wasnt his agent and he wasnt signing his checks. What are you crying about? I am pretty sure Scottie is on record about MJ telling him not to sign that contract. Listen to Chuck talk about taking his financial advice.
      If you are expecting anyone but a man of Jesus to be sacrificial, thats on you. But Scottie is not particularily respectable and I dont even know why his failures are being hoisted onto MJ.

      @@redmase1 Jordan was only on a year to year contract the last two seasons he played with the Bulls because his contract was up. They were going to trade Scottie Pippen to go after T-Mac and Jordan stopped that. Where do you think Pippen’s shoe deal came from? Jordan was the lowest paid shooting guard in the league just like Pippen up until his contract was up. Nobody knows that because he had other incomes outside of the NBA as a safety net. As a matter of fact, Pippen made more money than Jordan did as NBA players. Jordan did help Pippen but he was also teaching Pippen character. Just like Jordan did, you have to be accountable. You signed the contract, you have to honor it. Not like it is today where you can opt out and go build a super team to win. Jordan knew they wasn’t going to renegotiate PiP’s contract because they wouldn’t renegotiate his. This is the best player in the world and they wouldn’t renegotiate Jordan’s contract. Please stop with the Jordan being about himself crap. The man has helped more people than people think, he just ain’t out here telling everyone on social media and bragging about it. If you from the Chicago area, we know what Jordan has done outside of basketball for the community.

    • @superman2day
      @superman2day 25 днів тому +45

      Toni also proved himself in the regular season as someone who can take one dribble and get clutch shots. Also, Jordan had no problem with Kukoc taking the last shot. At Seattle in 1997-1998 with Scottie out, Toni took the last shot. He missed and Jordan was like, “Next game up”.

      Scottie could never create his own shot one on one. And in his haste to be "the man", he didn't understand what that really meant. It's not just about taking the last shot. Dude is an idiot.

      At this point Scottie has fallen victim to Envy. He sees the Legacy of MJ and feels like he living in his shadow. To the point where his attitude and outlook turned to, "I got 6 rings too! With out Scottie Pippen (speaking in 3rd person) there would be no MJ! Scottie Pippen is just as important. Why MJ got everything, and Scottie Pippen barely has anything. Wheres Scottie Pippen's Last Dance!?"
      Which sucks cuz Scottie was always my favorite player on the 90's Bulls. MJ the GOAT, but I always gave Pippen props cuz he was helping to mold him. Like the whole team, when MJ needed something from them, they always seemed to find a way to give it to him. Pippen most of all.
      I never thought that Man would go bitter over his success. Cuz it was a double edged sword. As much as Pippen helped to prop up MJ, Pippen wouldn't be near as good as he was without Mike. Two fists of the same Body.

    The cringe for me here is excruciating. It started for me in “The Last Dance.” I would’ve sworn a 50-year-old man in that film with 20 years to reflect on his objectively bad decision to refuse to enter a playoff game for so childish a reason would’ve looked into the camera and said, “that was selfish, immature and wrong.” Nope. He said, “If I had to do it over again, I probably wouldn’t change it.” That was alarming and marked the first time I thought something was off with Scottie.
    Then all this stuff he’s been saying the last few years started happening. Then I knew it wasn’t a fluke.

  • @ryane5483
    @ryane5483 25 днів тому +3

    This ENTIRE beef Scottie has with MJ is over 3 things, and none of them have anything to do with MJ.
    1. Scottie is mad because Jordan and Phil got paid for doing the documentary and he didn't. But it was not Michael Jordan's responsibility to get Scottie Pippen paid. Michael Jordan and Phil Jackson have agents who secured the bag before the cameras started rolling. Scottie Pippens agent was asleep at the wheel.
    2. Scottie Pippen was almost criminally underpaid. But again, that's on Scottie and his agent. Scottie Pippen signed a contract that was so bad that the damn OWNER of the team told him not to sign. Pippen wanted a front loaded contract because his family was in bad shape financially, and I get that. In his head he was doing right by his family. But the owner told him flat out, if that was the contract he wanted, then so be it, but he was straight up with Pippen and told him to think about what he was doing because there would be no renegotiating that contract later on. I have never heard of a team owner telling a player not to sign the contract because it was structured so bad.
    3. The biggest reason is Marcus Jordan. Now to be fair, both Marcus and Scotties wife were absolutely wrong for that. And Scottie has every right to be pissed off. He got disrespected, but he is taking shots at the wrong MJ. Scottie is a grown man who got disrespected by another grown man, and has beef with the wrong grown man over it. Scottie is pissed off that Michael Jordan made it a point to stay out of this. Because Marcus Jordan is a 35 year old MAN. This dude is trying to bury Michael Jordan anytime somebody puts a mic in his face, but to this day, he has never once addressed the dude who he feels that disrespected him.

Man he's literally self destructing Scottie has ruined his legacy with all of this. To me this just further solidifies Jordan as the best player ever because you know it had to be difficult to play with Pippen because I'm sure he was stand offish at times and was probably a thorn in the side of the team at times with that attitude which is why it's even more amazing that Jordan was able to win 6 titles and have 2 3 peats. I disagree, Pippen doesn’t have ill feelings towards Jordan, he’s just hurt because out of everything Jordan could have posted about Pippen, he focused on his one blemish from one of Pippens greatest years. It made it seem like Jordan wanted to make it seem like he was needed at all times even tho Pippen almost lead the bulls back to the finals. I believe kukoc that Jordan still loves Pippen but his ego won’t let him admit that he was wrong

    A lot of people will say Scottie Pippen is bitter. We don't know what he personally dealt with behind and his reasons for being pissed off mj or Phil Jackson. And we all know mj was a better basketball player

    Problem is that I do I think that this is team Scottie vs team MJ. This Is Scottie vs Scottie. He is harboring issues about his own shortcomings and taking them out on Jordan. I will further say that he also has issues with the media. Now could the documentary placed a better light on Scottie. Sure. He is mad that he is doesn’t get the same notoriety as Jordan or any top 20 player. However he needs to look in the mirror and ask himself how could he have been better and accept what he was. One of the greatest small forwards to ever lace them up

    Phil set the play up for Jordan. Jordan told Steve if John come downs I will pass it to you. Scottie knows things were coordinate for Jordan to be great. Sports outcomes are often predetermined.

    MJ has ALWAYS given it up to Pippen. He was the first person MJ mentioned in is HOF speech.

    Kukuc said that MJ still loves Pippen and I believe that to be true. Him and Pippen went to war with one another and came out of that as one of the greatest Duo's in NBA history. That being said doesn't mean MJ still fucks with Pippen, just like with Barkley, MJ loves Barkley he just stopped messing with him and Pippen is in the same boat.
