100% spot on. Pip was a scrub first few years, played scared V Pistons. MJ stuck by him and built him mentally, physically, with knowledge of the game and gave you invaluable insights into what made MJ great so you could be great. Pip would not have become a top 50 or 100 player not even a top 1000 player without MJ. Pio lacked heart and walked tall because of MJ.

However, it's truly hard to believe and quite absurd for Scottie to claim that Jordan is a bad player. Jordan was an extraordinary basketball player who inspired countless others. Allen Iverson wanted to emulate him, Kobe modeled his game after Jordan, and even LeBron James wore the number 23. Jordan's shoes were in such high demand that everyone wanted to buy them, whereas I have never seen anyone wearing Pippen's shoes, to be honest.

For as much credit as I want to extend to Pippen who obviously was a GREAT player, my defining memory of him was him choosing to take himself out of a playoff game because the play was going to another player. It’s hard for me to value his perspective on leadership and what constitutes a competitor knowing how many times he failed or quit because of petty reasoning. A truly great player who had less defining moments than most of his caliber IS the proof of Jordan’s greatness. Jordan's shoes were in such high demand that everyone wanted to buy them, whereas I have never seen anyone wearing Pippen's shoes, to be honest.

Pippin is a broken soul. That man has been through something that has taken his soul & crushed it. This level of disconnection from reality is shocking. I feel for him but the delusion he is trying to convey is simply fascinating. Yeah i think there is some jealousy there because he wanted to be the man and he had a moment when Jordan left for baseball to be the man, but it was taken from him. So he's always had this stigma as being part of the supporting cast and not the main piece.

Stephen A is a master story teller.
For as much credit as I want to extend to Pippen who obviously was a GREAT player, my defining memory of him was him choosing to take himself out of a playoff game because the play was going to another player. It’s hard for me to value his perspective on leadership and what constitutes a competitor knowing how many times he failed or quit because of petty reasoning. A truly great player who had less defining moments than most of his caliber IS the proof of Jordan’s greatness. Scottie seems like he’d be more satisfied with serving in a bigger role as the Joker than settling for being the Robin to Jordan’s Batman.

I was a BULLS fan meaning I was a fan of the whole team. I could tell you every player on the roster, what they did , everything. I hate seeing damn near everyone of his teammates have beef with Jordan yet strangely bee cool with one another.
I'm 41 years old, but when he looked into the camera and said, "you're fifty seven years old,.....you're FIFTY SEVEN", it really made me want to grow up, damn man, Stephen A went in.
