I am a honey cake baker (in Canada) and I have a question. I have always made the layers freshly baked and I’m wondering of making the layers in advance. Do you think it’s better to put the layers in the freezer or lay them out?
Hi! You can store them in a dark cool place in a box or a plastic bag for about 1-2 weeks, I have never tried freezing the layers though! Hope it helps 💕
