Im so glad you’ve made changes to your diet to help you with PCOS!! Most women that have it refuse to check their diet, what you eat really has an effect on your body. It will not cure, but it certainly helps lessen symptoms. It certainly goes for many syndromes, for example acne.
Hi Jamie! I wash my rugs outside with the hose and original tide with a good brush you literally go on your knees you scrub it and rinse it out and let it air dry. It’s our old bosnian tradition 😊

My kids get so excited when they come home from school and see what I’ve cleaned and organized. Makes me feel so good for some reason. Of course it doesn’t stay that way for to long, lol.
I switched to low carb a month ago, and it was tough for the first couple of weeks, but then....wow. I have now lost 1 stone and my blood sugars, which were not good, are nearly in the ‘normal’ range. Can’t recommend it enough. I have so much more energy too. If you’re thinking of trying it, go for it. Oh and many thanks Jamie for motivating me to organise my pantry. I’m now doing the kitchen too. 👍👍
I also have PCOS, and my doctors have recommended low carb/keto, but also the Mediterranean diet. Low carb is definitely a struggle cause I love my carbs, but Thrive makes it so EASY! You can filter what kind of diet/lifestyle you’re looking for so it takes the guess work out of what products are keto or vegan or gluten free, it’s awesome! I also use that same collagen peptide, but the vanilla one, and have noticed a huge difference!

Love your videos because you dont always clean the same areas. You literally deep clean and your voice is so relaxing. Also I highly recommend a bean bag storage for stuffed animals(Amazon). We did this for our daughters with canopy as a reading area. 😊

Jamie I have PCOS... was diagnosed after my 1st miscarriage then after 5 years I went to an endocrinologist & she put me on metformin 2x daily & 5 months later I was pregnant & we have a 10 year old daughter! Then 2 years after she was born I had another miscarriage. I am sticking with the low carb diet as well! My problem is my stomach area... but I'm not giving up! Thank you for sharing! For anyone who wants to know: if a lower carb diet for PCOS isnt ur thing, you can alternatively do a low GI diet, where the carbs you do eat release sugars into your blood slower and help to avoid insulin spikes
I wd use a long handled plastic rake to rake all the kids toys on the carpet into 1 pile then plastic adult shovel to scoop them in 1 swoop into bin. food baskets are the way to go; i have the long thin ones in my fridge full of veggie snacks..

Hi Jamie! I got my JAWS order a couple of days ago and I have to say I really do like the cleaners. I love that I don't have to worry about my kids inhaling fumes because they have such a light pleasant scent. They also perform really well! I'm normally that crazy person that thinks that if it doesn't smell harsh it's probably not disinfecting enough 😂, so this is a nice change! Thanks again! For example “how to clean your oven top” “how to clean your toilet” etc. so many of us were never taught the best ways to do these things, and although you’ve done them many times in your videos I would love to be able to access specific tasks to re watch when I’m going to do that thing or even show my kids! :)

Washing rugs in the washing machine does ruin both the rugs and washer. Right now I need to replace the rubber around the door. I also have lots of rugs with no backing left. The steam cleaner is the best choice.

Awe I have pcos too! And try eat low carb sugar too, and yes love the shiny floors too I find using zoflora keeps them shiny a bit longer or there's a laminate floor shiner u coat ur flooring with and keeps it shiny for weeks :) Happy birthday to your little one too hope it was a great day xxx

You mentioned the maintenance of a carpet cleaner. I just wanted to say if you use a carpet cleaner (or any cleaning agent) in the machine, to be sure to run hot water through it before you put it away. Just fill it with water & spray out water & suck it back up, just to clear the lines. If not, the cleaner sitting in the lines will harden & the machine has to be taken apart completely to be cleaned. I know this from experience 😔... twice haha

I love watching these! I was curious, would you ever consider doing short 5 min video series on small tasks? For example “how to clean your oven top” “how to clean your toilet” etc. so many of us were never taught the best ways to do these things, and although you’ve done them many times in your videos I would love to be able to access specific tasks to re watch when I’m going to do that thing or even show my kids! :)

Washing rugs in the washing machine does ruin both the rugs and washer. Right now I need to replace the rubber around the door. I also have lots of rugs with no backing left. The steam cleaner is the best choice.

Awe I have pcos too! And try eat low carb sugar too, and yes love the shiny floors too I find using zoflora keeps them shiny a bit longer or there's a laminate floor shiner u coat ur flooring with and keeps it shiny for weeks :)

My shelf shattered into a million pieces in the bathtub like 2 years ago and just went without it for about a year finally got a new one!!

I use my steamer to clean my carpet machine too!!! When you opened the drawers I was like," I know, I feel ya" Your vacuum lines are THE BOMB. Great video. Have a great rest of your week. And Happy birthday Avery.

You mentioned the maintenance of a carpet cleaner. I just wanted to say if you use a carpet cleaner (or any cleaning agent) in the machine, to be sure to run hot water through it before you put it away. Just fill it with water & spray out water & suck it back up, just to clear the lines. If not, the cleaner sitting in the lines will harden & the machine has to be taken apart completely to be cleaned. I know this from experience 😔... twice haha
