It would be hard, but getting Johan Lahger of Arckanum in here would be fuckin amazing. Or some of the guys from Greece like Cain Letifer from Acrimonious or Semjaza. Amazing Interview.
I really enjoyed this episode. Alvaro was one of te best guests I've ever seen in a podcast. He seems to be a great person. Keep the good work going. Hails Iblis Manifestation and Hails Watain.
Hail Álvaro Lillo, Xalpen and Watain!!!! And Hail for You and All Trivax Horde!!!! Grettings from The Black Spade and Vobiscum Inferni from Brazil 🙏🏼🔱💀🔱🙏🏼
I remember Alvaro when he joined fresh in 2010 and played in Boston. I think this was before set teitan replaced him. What a great interview with an underrepresented and infamous musician. 218
Thank you - although I believe that Alvaro joined in 2007, by which point Set was already in the band. Actually, I'm pretty sure that Set was initially the live bass player when they were a 4-piece and then he switched to guitars around when A joined, which made the iconic live line-up of Sworn-Lawless era and some of Wild Hunt. Agreed on the latter, which is why I wanted to do this interview!
@@iblismanifestations231 Yes, you're right. It was 2007. Set was guitar prior, but, A Joined to play guitar during 07...This show Eric played bass and vocals I was referring to . I played with them in 2006, and 2007/2008. Lawless darkness they came to the states and 3rd guitar player was Selim Lemuchi which was fantastic. In other countries the line up you refer to was this.... but eventually SET was barred from the states. Again, thank you for The great interview
Alvaro is one of those guys who have this Aura around him wich draw people to him. He play bass but where most bassist are invincible do Alvaro have the stage stage presence 80s lead guitarist 😆
btw, i'm wondering if Alvaro (and you) have read any of Graham Hancock's books about ancient civilizations. He also has a great new docu on netflix. Great to hear you two talk about this topic.
I am well-acquainted with Graham's work. He gets a bad rep for how he goes after archeologists, but I think that his theories are worth at least some kind of recognition and investigation, so it's good to see that there's more of that happening.
Revelation (KJV) 20:10 - And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Great interview brother. Would you ever consider having N from the German band Horn? He has an extremely unique perspective, especially in black metal.

If you look at this guy on stage, you think that him lives on a cave and eats human flesh.
But... Alvaro is so nice, carismastic dude. 😅
You can be nice and charismatic and still live in a cave and eat human flesh. 😉
Indeed, hahahah @@iblismanifestations231
