She's so pro directing strangers and making them super comfortable in the midst of all the scene where ppl stare at them. One thing that bugged me was ... why don't you use vertical grip?! keep tilting your head :(
Ahh thank you so much!!! Directing was easy, finding people willing was a little more challenging!!! Haha we ended up with some amazing people though ^_^ And honestly; that is a great question and suggestion!!! Maybe I should invest in that next!!! 🤍
It is easy for a young woman to ask people on the street if they want to be a model. For a 60 year old man it is very difficult.
I definitely still got a lot of no’s before I got any yes’s! 😅
Did you need to get a permit to do this? I’m finding the permit laws to be a little confusing and a bit arbitrary.
Now try doing this as a male photographer lmao. “Uhh no thanks” next stranger “Please leave me alone” next stranger “I feel really triggered right now”
Honestly I got a LOT of no’s too :/ Managed to get lucky. People in nyc are usually on a MISSION 🚶♀️💨
