i was lucky to see a guy like in vikings movies when i was in Stockholm, he was blonde 2.05 meters high with large shoulders and strong body and hands and he had his long beard knitt. In the entire city i did not see no one like him more. He was like the techno viking guy from youtube but higher.
@@phoebebuffay8573 If you have a contactless card or something like Apple Pay, you'll be fine. Practically everywhere in the country accept contactless payments, or any Chip & PIN card. I've never even seen physical cash when I've visited Sweden.
It is indeed very expensive to pay a visit to Stockholm, Queen of lake Mälaren - unless your dad is a rock star or anything similar. My best friend's dad is not. Many American visitors get ruined. You really gotta be living in Sweden earning Swedish wages to function here. Alternatively, you might come from a nation like Switzerland or Luxemburg. Sorry, I forgot about Denmark, Iceland, Norway.
October is a beautiful month and strangely the least rainy month of the year. But the temperatures drop quite dramatically. Currently still in the 18-20's. Sweden is beautiful every time of year. Enjoy 😊
you must know that in stockholm the cheapest coffee everywhere is 2.5 euro
Thats like in the prison canteen ;)
Another great video guys Stockholm does look a lovely place to visit.

Why avoid a Taxi ? It does a job. At a price. I like a taxi. Saves sharing public transport.
24 hr travel pass cost 165 SEK as of now .330 SEK FOR 3 days
Very nice ideas
Thank you 🙏
hey, do you have any advice for preparing money for travel. i hear it’s cashless, how can i get more information on a prepaid card?
Did you learn about this? We need the same info...
Cashless. Not everyone accepts AMEX.Make sure you have a PIN and bring with you your ID all the time like your passport or drivers’s license.

Go to a post office and ask for a travel money card 😊
Get a Revolut card. No exchange rate and worked for me everywhere in Gothenburg. I’m from London btw..

What do you think the weather is in the first week of November?
Bring layers, it can get chilly and you will need a jacket or coat for evening walks
Bring layers and a jacket or coat; it can get pretty cold in the evenings
November is probably the worst month to visit, gray and "cold".
Im planning a trip to Stockholm the first week of October. Is it normally cold at time?
It is getting chilly, especially in the evenings. I would take layers and an umbrella just incase!

A Free Walking Tour is not a tour for Free… At least it shouldn’t… 🤦♂️
Agreed! It is technically a free attractions so we always encourage this especially for budget travellers, but of course tipping is a must!
