      Well to be fair his dad probably did force him on a very strict diet and crazy training schedule to try get all those deals

    • @AveSicarius
      @AveSicarius Рік тому +3

      I had a similar dietary experience because I was the first child (thus the experiment haha) and had terrible eczema/allergies for a variety of reasons. Because of that my parents, well specifically my mother, kept me on a pretty strict "health food" (as it was called back in the 90s, even went to the "health food shop" haha) diet. You know what I had instead of chocolate and sweets? Carob and dried chickpeas, maybe occasionally some dried fruit, and my diet was mostly vegetarian and bean based. I didn't have sweets until that age or potentially older, but obviously wasn't being fed anabolics (because my parents actually cared about my wellbeing) and wasn't on a strict training regimen of any kind (did various sport's, did pretty well, but only really started getting into it in my late teens).
      Physically I think I probably benefited from this, I've been sub 10% bodyfat most of my life, for one, and while that is probably largely genetic not having easy access to sugary food's obviously didn't hurt. Also ended up performing extremely well athletically, which I think the high amount of protein in my diet probably contributed to because I went from sedentary in my early teens to extremely fit and muscular in my late teen's.
      The biggest issue with absolute denial is difficulty moderating that substance when you are exposed to it, much like absolute access (I have childhood friends who's mother would never say no who obviously ended up with BF issues at a young age). I think I blame my mean sweet tooth and overwhelming desire for anything slightly unhealthy on not gaining that moderation. Definitely the worst elements of this came out during lockdown but thankfully being low bodyfat for such a long time and having a fast metabolism seems to have saved me (sitting at 12-13% bf at most after two years of no training and poor dieting).
      If anything being exposed to something in moderation build's strength, you aren't weak for enjoying aspects of your childhood as long as it's controlled properly.

That sort of double-muscling myostatin phenotype is definitely documented (see Belgian Blue cattle or Bully Whippet dogs), but I'm not sure that a similar condition as in animals has ever been documented in humans, and even if it is possible then you're right in that he would still look that way as an adult. 100% fake natty unfortunately, hope the guy doesn't have any lasting health problems 🫤
