I remember this kid when I was like 8. The thing that really stuck with me was that they said the kid had never tasted chocolate and it made me feel real weak. Damn, I was fooled.
That's such a typical thing you would hear as a kid. Made me laugh. Thanks
Well to be fair his dad probably did force him on a very strict diet and crazy training schedule to try get all those deals
I had a similar dietary experience because I was the first child (thus the experiment haha) and had terrible eczema/allergies for a variety of reasons. Because of that my parents, well specifically my mother, kept me on a pretty strict "health food" (as it was called back in the 90s, even went to the "health food shop" haha) diet. You know what I had instead of chocolate and sweets? Carob and dried chickpeas, maybe occasionally some dried fruit, and my diet was mostly vegetarian and bean based. I didn't have sweets until that age or potentially older, but obviously wasn't being fed anabolics (because my parents actually cared about my wellbeing) and wasn't on a strict training regimen of any kind (did various sport's, did pretty well, but only really started getting into it in my late teens).
Physically I think I probably benefited from this, I've been sub 10% bodyfat most of my life, for one, and while that is probably largely genetic not having easy access to sugary food's obviously didn't hurt. Also ended up performing extremely well athletically, which I think the high amount of protein in my diet probably contributed to because I went from sedentary in my early teens to extremely fit and muscular in my late teen's.
The biggest issue with absolute denial is difficulty moderating that substance when you are exposed to it, much like absolute access (I have childhood friends who's mother would never say no who obviously ended up with BF issues at a young age). I think I blame my mean sweet tooth and overwhelming desire for anything slightly unhealthy on not gaining that moderation. Definitely the worst elements of this came out during lockdown but thankfully being low bodyfat for such a long time and having a fast metabolism seems to have saved me (sitting at 12-13% bf at most after two years of no training and poor dieting).
If anything being exposed to something in moderation build's strength, you aren't weak for enjoying aspects of your childhood as long as it's controlled properly.
"so out of shape it's insane" looks like a normal person🤣

@@titanwilkins4044 gotta factor in that it was before puberty and we don't know if he ever had trt or sum like that but he looks fine
If he was really on just anavar it does not do that much to your testosterone and hormone as other stereoids and besides that it fucks a bit with your cholesterine but if his diet was on point it might have not affected him that bad
@@ManOfAttitudeLP1998 but what if you are taking it for extended period of times and what if you are 4/5 years old taking for extended periods of time?
@@anthonyurso9366 i guess we will never find out lol...
I wouldn't be surprised if him being short is because he was having low calories to be peeled at a young age
Testosterone makes your growth plates solidify. Since he was exposed to steroids so early, he stopped growing earlier than he normally would have
@@iluvbbw6911 if it was indeed anavar, it wouldn't have much of an impact on epiphyseal plates as it doesn't aromatise nor interact with estrogen receptors on its own. That was part of the reason primobolan was used in younger boys with growth deficiencies (may still be in some places).
@@DrDipsh1t yeah exactly, it probably was anavar and that's why it probably didn't hurt his height.
@@iluvbbw6911 isn't that estrogen? that's why males grow for a longer period of time than females
@@iluvbbw6911 it's the estrogen actually, which testosterone does aromatise into, there are non aromatising steroids like anavar but most var is fake, winstrol is another one too.
God Bless you Richard, his father was very abusive, imagine what he saw his mother going through at such a young age.. I really wish him well, he must have alot of emotional scars 🙏
She married him and had a kid with him
That TLC cutaway was superphysiologically solid
Hit his peak in pre-school.
Imagine peaking when you were 4... its all downhill from there
Remember hearing about him in my teens. We’re almost the same age. Interestingly enough he looks fine as an adult. Actually an above average physique but nothing exceptional.
Which is surprising. I was expecting those drugs at such a young age would have decimated his endocrine system permanently
@@clownworld4655 Exactly. Could be a case that it was SO early that it had Minimal effect on his endocrine system because he wasn’t even at an age where his test should’ve been elevated to begin with. Just a guess.
@@maia3420 don't forget he could have gone through some treatment later, whether it be clomid or even trt, you never know.
I wonder if it's because he hadn't even hit puberty yet
His physique is average now. You consider that above average?
I always figured it'd come out that this kid's parents gave him something to get that big. Poor guy.
I think this is going to jack up this kids hormonal levels especially pre-puberty etc.
basically what you’re saying is that this kid was the first Connor Murphy without the psychedelics
