7:50 Important correction. You have to play Spellbook after Necrodominance; otherwise, your hand size is reduced to 5. These effects apply based on timestamp order.
CR: 613.11 Some continuous effects affect game rules rather than objects. For example, effects may modify a player’s maximum hand size, or say that a creature must attack this turn if able. These effects are applied after all other continuous effects have been applied. Continuous effects that affect the costs of spells or abilities are applied according to the order specified in rule 601.2f. All other such effects are applied in timestamp order. See also the rules for timestamp order and dependency (rules 613.7 and 613.8).

To add some perspective to that topic, for a card to be overriden by spellbook (or reliquary tower,...) it would need to "reduce" your maximum handsize like the 1st gin gitaxias card or cards like Gnat Miser and locust Miser.
Maybe one day we have necroprescience with another twist in the wording

Any sideboard guide/cheatsheet on that Rakdos Vamp build? It's quite different from the "Stock" version of it, feels weird to remove the Preachers, will have to test that for sure

I'm trying to build a Primal prayers deck in modern. Hope it is viable
The vampires deck has a total of 2 cards in the 75 that stop a quintorius/carnosaur. Seems super risky when they can just freely dump the elephant on 4.
Or is Quintorius not a significant enough meta percentage?
