With this reasoning all murderers must be mentally ill in some or other way as it is not normal in society to just take the life of another on a whim for any reason you might feel fit. I do believe there are people that are mentally ill or insane or good be driven to it in a situation. Difficult when you deal with evil.

At the very least, he’s guilty of accessory to murder. His treatment of her, the negligence of her psychological needs, and giving her “homemade” CBD oil fueled her psychosis. I honestly believe that she wouldn’t have gone that far if her psychosis would have been properly treated.

I’ll be honest… going to a prison that houses mentally ill is much, much worse than just going to regular prison. In regular prison you are allowed to roam freely in the dorms, have books, paper, safety pens, etc. You don’t get that in mental institutions. It’s too much of a risk to self, others, and staff. Everything they do is controlled movement. If she faked mental illness, she’s gonna regret it. 😅

I haven't watched much of this at all. But I just watched the body cam video of the detective seeing her in the hospital when she wrote out questions. She asked if her baby survived, was told no. Not much of a reaction. Then she said she wanted to see Ben Yama, or whatever tf his name is. When the cop told her no, she got really distraught. Then kept asking. The cop had to keep explaining why he couldn't come there. Then she wanted her phone so she could call him. He's her #1 concern. That baby was just a tool to make him love her. And when that wasn't working, and she was stuck taking care of that baby, and he was doing whatever he wanted, she decided she was going to do what she did.

To be honest, i think she did it to save herself and her daughter in a dark, twisted and cruel act. In those cults, there's no way out, you don't even have rights to your children. I'm in no way giving her an excuse. But what if she knew her daughter would at some point be molested? With Casey anthony, it was an open and shut case. Regardless of the verdict, we all knew Casey was guilty. I'm having a hard time with this case. There's so much unknown because they just want to focus on one act.

Thank you...me too. According to the law I understand the jury's verdict. However I also feel uncertain that this is morally the correct outcome. Vulnerable teen with mental health issues swept up into a polygamist cult and abused, brainwashed and impregnated. Kept well away from mental.jealth.csre.or.naskc.medkcal.csrs.for.her.daighter...
She appeared to have reached breaking point..even that deluded chauvinistic woman beater creep Stillars discussed.Choe's significantly worsening mental health and delusions. That has weight. She will be in a regular prison. They said that at the beginning of the trial. That guilty but mentally ill just means that her mental health treatment will be inside of prison. NGBRI is the one where they go to a prison mental health facility. Sadly, she will not have very good care inside. The counseling is sparse and scattered and the meds will be given but if changes are needed , she won't be followed close enough to insure whether or not the side effects are dangerous for her or others. Once to twice a month is the only counseling she will get. Personally, having dealt with mental illness among family members I can tell you, it's a slippery slope.

Yes i agree with jury what a very difficult case and i watched the entire trial. I dont feel shes a demon as some who know nothing about the case say. At first i was like oh she trying to fet out of it until i watched the ENTIRE trial. The father should be charged as well because she warned him of the thought in her head and he refused to let her get help and go on medication. Hes basically Charles Manson 2.0 that precious baby didnt have a chance im sutprised she made it to 13 montjs its truly devastating. I hope Chloe gets the help she needs. The ultomate punishment is she has to live with what she hss done. But in order to get full justice for Hannah the dather needs to be charged as well.

Thank you jury for your service in this horrific case. I believe you got it right. At least she will get help for her psychosis. Georgia law states that in order to find someone Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity, you have to feel like your life is in danger by the person you kill. I disagree with that part of their law, but we have to rule on the laws in place.
    R.I.P Sweet baby Hannah. 😢💔🙏

When one is mentally ill it is a medical issue. I am afended that
in the discussion one of the legal person use a word Crazy. I find this to be a stigma. As much as many people are mentally ill and don't kill people, to be called crazy is a derogatory ,hurtfull ,stigmatized word .It seems that now having a metal illnesses is criminal. And it is not, mental illnesses is not a crime. And the stigma of it continues to be a big factor on how people and society precieve it.

They always think it's a flex to get that kind of verdict. A doctor, or a panel has to clear you as mentally stable enough for release, this may never happen, but they might have a chance at getting paroled.

I also only had my husband without any other wives. She is so very young and if she was truly loved like a wife her "husband" eould have seen dome need.
