Really?!!😅 We don't speak English as well as many Anglophone countries in Africa. Many speak better English than us, so it amazes me when I here people outside Africa say they love the way we speak. Just like Trevor Noah said of ALL English accents, he loves the Nigerian one most. He likes the way we kind of drag it around...🤷😅😅 Funny.

It looks okay but not really my type of Nigerian friend rice. The spices are awesome, exactly what I use although it depends on my recipe for that particular meal. But indeed thyme, bay leaves and curry powder (or even just a little turmeric for color) go well with the fried rice. I actually use a bit of fresh chopped tomatoes in some recipes simmered with seasonings and olive oil until thick/saucy to give a nice richness without changing the fried rice texture. I don't cook it with corn, and I like it a bit less soggy looking. I also do like to cook it with Basmati or long grained rice for a splendid appearance, although I also cook with parboiled or other kinds.

Sure right sista, but a lot of people have never eaten tasty food, they just don't know. Some people don't separate the vegetables, they mix all together before cooking.
