All my programs work , but the nfl keeps trying to load as i watch the game. I increased my internet speed to 1000. Talked to my internet company about this issue. They said its not a proble on there end. You have any advice

6:36 pm Michigan, USA. Purchased a new fire stick in September and jailbroke it. Went to download the ‘hdo’ app which loaded but when went to watch movies there was no sound. I needed to also download ‘Drama Player’. Can’t get it to complete download. Any help or insite why it won’t work?
