A huge kudos on your project. The amount of knowledge required to accomplish all this is staggering, the amount of work you were able to get done is even more scary!
I've done it all with mechanics, electronics, firmware & software programming plus lower level robotics with ROS. It's extremely challenging for one person to master it all, yet still achievable when you are smart enough. One thing I find even more impressive is how you were able to complete all the designs in a half-year window with all the other things going on. I've tried similar things before with stuff that I was really familiar with. I could traverse the whole project and remember about every trace on every PCB, even remember all the key data structures in the firmware, I could sit in front of the computer and keep on working for 24 hours straight without sleeping, sometimes I'd extend each day to 28 hours to ensure basic sleep requirements but manage to steal some time so I only needed 6 sleep cycles in a week rather than 7. But the sheer amount of man hours required was physically impossible for a single person to overcome in less time. You would look at the calendar and the seasons would change as fast as days fly by. It's no longer about how difficult a piece of knowledge is to understand. How did you manage to overcome this bottleneck with workload? Or do you have a team of engineers help you with it?

@@jiajun6810 Good point, perhaps the magic is in the tools. I could be using less productive workflow and toolkit which limited the total throughput of the effort. In fact I already started coding with Github copilot and handed part of the work to AI. I just need to discover more of these helpful gadgets to accelerate the ECAD & MCAD design flow. I take no interest in becoming an influencer, my focus is on making reliable products. So the level of rigor in lifecycle design and quality control may differ from the projects seen in viral videos. Yet there's still so much I can learn from these incredibly smart guys.
