This video is so great. I recently got a waitressing job and they’re having me work a lot of long afternoon into night shifts. Even though I get home after midnight beyond tired I find it really difficult to actually relax and fall asleep. This helped a lot!

@@RealNeonPlayzive lost mine too, i use headphones as everyone else and i’ve noticed you need to be in the zone for asmr. Some people might have things to worry about constantly or their brain is just somewhere else while listening. For me, I only get close to getting tingles when i lightly scratch myself on my arms or back. I have only have felt tingles when someone new touches me in those spots i mentioned earlier.
It takes like one week to finish one video because it helps me get to sleep so quick 😴 I wake up with my phone and ear phones burried under my blanket!

@@RealNeonPlayzive lost mine too, i use headphones as everyone else and i’ve noticed you need to be in the zone for asmr. Some people might have things to worry about constantly or their brain is just somewhere else while listening. For me, I only get close to getting tingles when i lightly scratch myself on my arms or back. I have only have felt tingles when someone new touches me in those spots i mentioned earlier.
