Exploring Different PRE3 Concepts for Poa annua Control

This video explores PRE3 programs used for Poa annua control on non-overseeded bermudagrass. The focus of the trial is on substituting Tribute Total for Celsius. Various combinations of Speciticle Flo + Tribute Total (or Celsius) + Princep are evaluated across different application timings.

Over here in West TN we have poa that seems to be resistant to everything. Princep worked for decades then stopped. Specticle worked about 5 years then stopped.
I think using 5 oz of glyphosate is begging for glyphosate resistant poa.

What volume was application made at? Was it watered in to “activate” pre. I think both are crucial in the control of poa.
