The original tone is too high even for Liam to sing it in 96' and the chord progression is completely different for what became Noel style (open chords with capo). With that in mind, I'm really glad they've worked out a way to play it in 08/09' and to me it sounded awesome.

Contrary to how he sounded at this time at most concerts, I like the way his voice sounds but only for this song. It's darker sounding.
