    I really like your recipe and the step by step description. I have learnt something new which is the salty water and also making the chopped potatoes dry before mixing with the paste. Thanks a lot, i will try it out.

    Nice cooking method tried it out and got the 97%. I tried it again and got 💯 after boiling abit in the salty water to soften . Required if you chopped large pieces ✌️

    Very good effort. Try using gram flour instead of white flour and omit food colour. Use turmeric and chilly powder instead.

    Why would you add food colour to Bhajia ...!!??? Why not just add turmeric ???

      You can use your preferred spice,actually most people use tumeric for colouring

      I know right. Bajia should be made with garam flour. Original color you fry twice to brown it.

    Why not use paprika or turmeric....people are moving away from unhealthy unnatural spices
