The one major problem with this system is that there is nothing built in to protect any vehicle from leaks from the vehicle above. Whether it's just from driving in the rain, or having some kind of fluid leak, the vehicles under will become very dirty, and could even have their paint ruined. A simple slanted sheet-metal ceiling panel, with drain tubing to a collection tank, would take care of this problem. I can't see how any engineer could overlook such an obvious problem.
