Ancient cultures have so many hidden treasures that have been killed by colonialism. Few things have survived. I remember my gran had a silk fabric (4’ by 20’),that would fit in a small matchbox. That silk has now disappeared. Many textiles innovations died out because of Industrial Revolution because people just got cheaper/common materials instead. Some textile industries died out because colonial powers would literally wipe out entire markets/industries because they were competition and refused to sell secrets and become slaves. Lots of other knowledge too, including art, architecture, politics, strategy, medicine, philosophy, engineering, masonry, metallurgy etc.

Это приспособление называется " ЛАВХ". В Самарканде их полно. Есть и многоярусные тоже. Этот дяденька научился построить, молодец.

Not only is this impressive but honestly it's gotta be one of the most incredible awe inspiring things I've ever seen someone create. I mean theres tons of people around the world that can call themselves expert carpenters and expert carvers, but this is so next level, the intricacies of the work, to be able to take 1 single block of wood and end up with this, I mean wow, just wow. This man really truly is a Master Craftsman. God bless you and your family and to all that read this. As for me, I hate my life so much, I just want to get done with it all already..........
Someone who's capable of genuine respectful and nice commentary such as yourself should not hate their life, I'm sure in some ways I can understand why you would say that but honestly my only response is that Master Amu needs people like me and you, therefore you are needed and you are loved and I truly hope you are capable of feeling that way about your life very soon, you already have God's blessing to do so... If it were up to me I would change the expression 'God bless you' simply to 'I love you' because that's really all people are trying to say when they say God bless you. Just slowly work on changing your habits and focus less on the things that get you down in your personal life, it's truly a crazy world but it's all perspective based. For example I still love my cats even though they kill some birds occasionally, because that is just in their nature, that is part of the complexity of life, the same complexity that makes Amu a Master. The same complexity that fuels the compassion I feel for the the birds that do die is what fuels the love I feel for my cats and if it were any different it just wouldn't be the same. I know it's only words but I hope somehow what I've said helps you change your perspective.
