I was amazed that he could cut out perfect hexagons with that hand saw, but then to get them to all fit together and the ball comes out perfectly round! Now that takes some skill. No computer-controlled laser machine here guys, just the skill of a master artisan!

What Grandpa can do with a bow saw is nothing short of AMAZING. There are guys with years of experience, the latest CAD applications & a $300K 3D automated mill that wouldn't be able to do this!
I'd say about $4K. The cost of a small used CNC mill and lathe combo is way down in the past 10 years. I have one. Autodesk Fusion 360 is free. And the mill can be used to make a CNC router. You're right though, his precision is amazing. I'd have thought a few jigs and a router were needed at least to cut all that joinery.
That's how Chinese engineers built royal Palaces from two thousands years ago.

如果没有電腦參與計算弧度和精準數值，很難相信手工能一次過完成，而且接合角度能自然形成球體。制作隊知道世界盃正在如火如荼在上演，才推出這個足球制作，這個節目，基本跟李柒柒同一套路。當然，不能排除老工匠還是很有手藝的。
建議去看一看中國古代的純木結構建築，不用一根釘子搭建起來，屹立千年不倒。那種精準與藝術你想象不到。不過按你的邏輯，千年以前中國應該就有電腦了，不然怎麼做的出呢

Buenas tardes!!! El señor viene con raices ya en la carpinteria se nota por el modo de trabajo y herramientas que viene tradicionalmente el modo de trabajo. En muchos de sus videos esta con su hijo y sus nietos trabajando y enseñando su tradición en la carpinteria...
Yo vengo de una 3er generación de carpinteros y se nota mucho la tecnica y talento en lo artesanal de sus trabajos..
