In this video, I've just replaced my HID headlight bulbs.
Below are the tools required for the job:
*Philips head screwdriver
*Flat head screw driver
*8mm socket and a ratchet
*10mm socket
*10mm wrench

The best video I’ve found! Took me 2 hours as the hardest part was taking off the 2 hidden bolts holding the bumper! I think I could now do the job in an hour if I had to replace the driver’s side bulb! Thanks for saving my arse! Next time I’ll use my Milwaukee M12 ratchet to remove everything to save time. Thanks buddy!
Thanks for the content
Happy to help!

Just so you know, you don't want to touch the bulb with your hands. The oils from your skin create hot spots and will cause premature failure. Use a clean cloth and rubbing alcohol to wipe down bulb to clean it if you touch it.
thanks for the feedback!
standing on a prayer mat?
Dude im missing the clamp ... will i need to replace the entire head light?
Heyy hopefully you figured something out by now! If not, I would try and Google the part number or something like hid bulb retainer/clamp and see if something pops up. If nothing I would then go to a store and try to find a small clamp similar enough to hold the bulb. If youre having a tough time finding it then the easiest way would just be replacing the headlight assembly. Hopefully option 1 or 2 works for you tho. Otherwise I don't think they're too expensive.
how do you say that? Ah yes, WTF mazda
