Mount Cook is no joke. I am not ready for winter yet!!! I like how you interlaced your clips as you are discussing Mount cook. Not use to seeing your hair down. That Visitor Center looks really pretty compared to many that I have seen. Looks so futuristic. Great history about Mount Cook.
Hello missy!! We started out walk around 3pm but I would recommend going earlier than we did as it go so so cold as it was middle of winter! But it’s so worth it!! I hope you have an amazing time!! :)

Spectacular country! I felt very much at home everywhere I went. The people are so friendly. I would certainly reccomend a ski plane ride. Landed on the Tasmin Glacier. A flight of a lifetime! I can hardly wait to return. The South Island of New Zealand is breathtaking!

Gosh it’s so sad to see what global warming is doing. I hate that the glacier is slowly disappearing 😔 I really would love to visit! Everything looked so amazing!!
We had frost like that when we went on our trip to the grand canyon. It was crazy cold. Nothing like Iceland though. Sir eds statue was pretty awesome looking towards mt cook was a nice touch. It's crazy how fast the glaciers are retreating. I hope something changes on our planet soon before it's too late.
We were supposed to go here last october but we had to can el it due to lockdown now we are scheduled again this coming october hopefully this time we can make it
You guys are closing into the 1K mark on subs. So exciting. I feel like this is the bonus feature for this series. Those swing bridges would be so scary even though they are so beautiful.

I highly, highly, reconmend the helicopter ride, and one of the longer ones if you can afford it one of the best experiences I have had. Amazing views of the moutain as well as the glaciers, you can even make out the coast line of the south island and the spin of the southern alps, fantastic place .

@@TravelKiwi I did it a few years ago with The Helicopter Line, and booked it on the day of the flight (waited for a clear day) but from memory it was about $400-$450ish for a 45min flight and snow landing, but got lucky and nabbed the front seat of the helicopter on the way up, the flight also went for longer then advertised, which was win. Totally worth the money just for the experience, I was very lucky to also do a heli ride in the Grand Canyon which was incredible but I would say as far as scenery goes, this flight was even more spectacular which is saying something, NZ is a pretty amazing place.
Hello Elisha :) Unfortunately not at the time your going in summer!! In winter there is snow all along the hooker valley track and glacier walk but in summer you will have to do a helicopter ride :) enjoy your trip!! :)

Please tell me you didn't use hot water to clean your windscreen.... lol, never ever do this, its a sure fire way to break your windscreen!! Best tip, just use a plastic card from your wallet and scrape it off, its really satisfying actually 😂😊, okay now I'll watch the rest of the video 🙈

Hooker Valley Track is magnificent however it was pouring rain when I was there :)
