I've had mine since the first of March. Very happy with my purchase. The 10AH battery last me plenty long enough. I still have half a battery after an hour of mowing. I also love not smelling like exhaust afterwards
I love EGO products, as I have the weed eater and bower. I bought my 1st EGO mower (the LM 2150)in Feb 2024. I had to return it because the blade wouldn't cut all of my grass. I sharpened the mulching blade and it just didn't cut well. Luckily when I returned it to lowes, they had the model that I originally wanted, the LM 2156 (in this video). I will be using it today and am hoping for a smooth cut.
I was all set to buy one until I found out they are rear wheel drive. The engage buttons are at a poor location to constantly push and release constantly. I like to lift the front wheels to turn.
If you're recording in a windy area, I recommend doing a voice over for clearer audio. Also I see you cut off part of your head when trying to show case the product. I'd recommend just doing a 360 around the product, thats what the viewers want to see unless you're adding yourself in there for a comparison in size. But great vid, keep it up!
I’ve had this mower for 3 years but nobody doing reviews mentions that the rear deck height raises by 1/2” when you engage the drive.. resulting in uneven grass height after cutting..
Does it clog easy? The chute looks the same as my base model I've had for 2 years and it clogs all the time. I have to stop every two passes and reach in to brush the grass turds out or else it poops all over the lawn.
Hey Brett I'm wanting to buy either this mower or the toro 60volt super recycler. I'm currently using the gas super recycler which I love but I want to make the switch to battery. Which in your opinion is the better mower? I have thick St Augustine in my back yard and thick common Bermuda in the front.
This mower is great but if you are comparing this one and the Super Recycler I would probably go SR. If you are comparing the SR and the 22" aluminum deck its neck and neck. This mower you will be happy with for sure but I think is just a hair behind the SR.
I bought the Toro SR. It is the best battery mower. It cuts just as well as the gas version. And you have dealer support. And if you live in an area that gets snow, then you have the option of Toro’s 60v snowblowers that are second to none
@@LL-mt2nz The SR is a great mower for sure but the Toro 60v line overall is lacking. They don't have near the options Ego and others have as far as tools go and the tools they do have (other than the mower) are just OK. The new Ego aluminum mower is top notch though and I would recommend that for sure.
I have a new Toro battery mower, it sucks, drive wheel falls off in 2nd hour, battery shorts, and on-line Toro will not take it back. They do not take items back if you use it for 1 minute! Their rear left geared wheel unbolts itself from the bracket, it self destructs! Two others have the same problem. Their repair dealer literally told me "with Toro, its Buyer Beware". I have a Toro case number, a BBB case number, and a US Consumer Product Safety Commission case number. Save yourself and learn from my mistake, and stay away from Toro.

I had same problem with my first Ego mower - switched to high lift blade and mower cuts great

I've had the same one for 2 years...only thing I don't like and never use is the bagger. It gets clogged up and turns off.
