    A Liar's Autobiography Synopsis
Graham Chapman, probably best remembered as 'the dead one from Monty Python', writes and stars in the animated movie of his own life story, A Liar's Autobiography. He was born, he went to Cam-bridge and met John Cleese, he smoked a pipe, he became a doctor, he became a Python, he decided he was gay (well, 70/30, according to a survey he did on himself), he got drunk a lot, he stopped being drunk, he made some films, he had some sex (actually, a lot), and moved to Los Angeles. Finally, he was whisked up into space by aliens (although that might have been in a film).
Although Chapman selfishly dropped dead in 1989, he had taken the trouble to record himself reading his book, A Liar's Autobiography - and those recordings have now ingeniously been used to provide Chapman's voice for the 3D animated feature of the same name. Fellow Pythons John Cleese, Terry Jones, Michael Palin, and Terry Gilliam also turn up, playing themselves and other characters, along with a few surprise guests.
Not a documentary, not a Monty Python film, A Liar's Autobiog-raphy is Chapman's own take on his bizarre life and his search for self-knowledge. Incredible, yes. Surreal, certainly. True? Who knows? At his memorial service, John Cleese called Chapman "a freeloading bastard". Now, as the film re-unites Chapman with Cleese, Jones, Palin, and Gilliam for the first time in 23 years, he is set to earn a new title - the most prolific corpse since Elvis.

Nice find. And the movie is quite good, too. Michaels reaction to Terry at around 2:00 is pretty telling :)

Graham “Gray” Chapman, Terry “TJ/Jonesy” Jones, Michael Palin, Terry “Gilly” Gilliam, Eric Idle and John Cleese are - are, to me, the most talented, amazing, sweetest, funniest and lets not forget handsomest men I have been lucky to grow up with.
My father first showed me MP when I was about 7-8 maybe 9 years old (you’re probably thinking that a father shouldn’t show their child something like MP but keep this in mind, my father and I have always liked that kind of stuff and it something we bonded over. He didn’t show me the movies til I was a bit older so no judging) and Flying Circus was my first encounter with MP and I remember just laughing my ass off over these six guys.
    ---
I fell in love instantly with the acting and just how talented each of them were and seeing the individuality each actor showed within the skits and how similar but yet how different they all were. They just balanced one another in so much different forms.
    ---
Here are a couple of the reasons why I remained so loyal to them, not only as fan of MP but because of how much I loved laughed along with them or at them.
    Reasons:
1: They went to school together and remained so close after.
2: They worked with each other before Flying Circus and still remained close.
3: After they did their own thing, they became MP and started *AS WELL AS* fought with the BBC to get Flying Circus on the air.
4: They were each other’s rocks or shoulders to cry.
5: They may have gotten along all the time but it was *NEVER* a major thing to where it ended MP before it actually started.
6: Before and after Flying Circus and the MP movies ended, *THEY STILL SUPPORTED AND WORKED WITH EACH OTHER ON OTHER PROJECTS*
    Example:
Graham and John worked on four movies together one including Eric.
John worked on 8 films with Gilliam in 2, Michael in 5, Terry Jones in 3 and Eric in 4.
Terry Gilliam worked on 4 with Terry Jones in 2, Michael in 2 and Eric in 1.
Eric worked on 2 with Michael in 2 and Graham, Terry Jones, Terry Gilliam and Michael Palin in 1.
    ---
Reason 7: *THEY REMAINED A CLOSE NIT FAMILY FOR ALL THOSE YEARS* and that makes me have hope that if they can do it *ANYONE* can.
And my final reason is that even though Graham has been gone for almost 30 years, they never stop talking about him. They included him in live skits with his own characters and they just keep his memory alive and will continue to do so until their final breath.

@@dawndipierro373 - Thank you for your reply, I personally don't see catholicism as a form of Christianity myself, it's actually quite the opposite.
So was it that Monty Python film that destroyed your Faith in Jesus Christ? Albeit a catholic faith.

Loved the end part at 24:04, about Graham Chapman curing everybody at the end of filming every day. "He IS the messiah! He IS the messiah!" Fantastic.

20:10 You can see Terry struggling with his words here and this is 2012. People think it only started in 2014 or even 2016. No, his dementia (early signs) started much earlier. It was a slow progression.

"and they want to put the license fee UP" I used to laugh uproariously at that joke despite being a canadian and haveing NO idea what the joke was about.
But its too bad that Eric Idle wouldn't do any voices for this, I don't think he did for Terry's movie either which seems odd.
