Very surprised how different it felt to a BMW which it's based upon. It pretty much has the same engine and gearbox as the M240i I was in but this being a rear wheel drive actually handled better than Xdrive which was the most surprising bit!

@@DownShiftThrottle The 2JZ is an old but solid engine. I am a fan of cars made by their respective manufacturers. The J29 is not one of them. The J29 is a Toyota badged BMW.
No doubt the 2JZ is a phenomenal engine, check out my vid from a few years ago on a tuned Supra 2JZ. Admittedly the A90 is heavily based on a BMW. It has the same B58 engine, running gear and many parts from BMW. As an avid BMW fan boy whose had a few of them I can tell you this doesn't drive anything like a BMW. Toyota GR division have done a fine thing breathing over it. B58 engine is a modern day masterpiece with tuning capabilities of over 700hp. Just check some of these builds.
