    He's very emotional about her leaving😔
    I've seen him on many peoples vlogs and can tell he's true about his animals.. I almost teared up listening to him talk about her leaving.. 😢

      Definitely not a alligator, looks like a type of monitor lizard.

    Went on a swamp tour in New Orleans around Halloween 2020. Got to hold a wild baby that our guide caught on the tour. It was so sweet and I fell in love instantly. It gave me a whole new appreciation for these animals.

    Some of these comments are so rude, the snake is a total sweetheart and I'm glad you spoke on the dangers as well of having these animals. They are beautiful creatures. What happened with the buramese pythons is sad but that's because of people not the animals.

    So what’s the “big deal” (for lack of a better term) of the albino gators? And why such a high cost? Are they used for research? Or are they just so rare that they’re that much cooler?

    • @FloridasWildest
      @FloridasWildest  4 роки тому +8

      Collectors love them because they’re rare! Just like all the super fancy and rare snake morphs that are out nowadays!

      Albino ball pythons used to be worth thousands, the first coral glows sold for $70k. It’s expensive while it’s rare

    I realize this video is a year old but I’m curious what you would feed a python this size. Also, live animals so they can hunt naturally or dead?

      Frozen/thawed piglets and large rabbits at this size

    • @williambarker4531
      @williambarker4531 2 роки тому +1

      yes but since they have no camouflage they don’t last very long as babies sadly but there’s been cases of them making it to adults in the wild tho

    Why not sedate these big snakes ?

    • @FloridasWildest
      @FloridasWildest  4 роки тому +6

      It’s not practical- still gotta catch it to sedate it. It’s also risky to sedate animals.

    Actually you pour hot water on the snake that’s coiling. That’s makes the snake let go of it’s target

    The guy on the python cowboy channel catches wild pythons alone all the time up to about 12 to 13 feet.

    • @FloridasWildest
      @FloridasWildest  4 роки тому +5

      So does Chris. He has multiple pictures and videos on his IG. A 13 foot python doesn’t compare to an 18 foot retic. Just look at the girth of her.

    • @FloridasWildest
      @FloridasWildest  4 роки тому +5

      Plus you are comparing two different things. Grabbing this snake behind the head would be extremely stressful for her. This is the best way to move her.

      The guy most likely not alone he has a partner probably holding the camera

    • @mikeblair2594
      @mikeblair2594 4 роки тому

      Shan 323- nope, he does it alone. His camera has a magical device called a tripod. It's only when others want to film him does he have a "cameraman" and they usually end up getting out to work. You might want to watch his latest video. You might learn something.
