Thank you for the detailed explanation! I am learning to climb for about a week now. I was definitely climbing with the back of my foot as you showed at 1:22. Now I am gonna work on using my lower shin.
It’s good but too much ‘focus on what not to do Show what to do first . A lot of thr not what to do talk can be confusing to a learner as they are trying to filter out the instruction bit . Instruction is best given as what to do rather than what not to do as you need to know the former first and the latter is added to reinforce the skill
