Hehehe I noticed that 2
well there's two types of lamb: grass-fed (more mature) and milk fed (the one most people prefer). The latter lacks gaminess, because the animal is very young still. So she basically only likes baby sheep, few weeks old

Andy's face when he drops the bit about salt in her cereal and Gabby's face just hitting the floor!
I can dig it, i throw a small pinch of salt into sweets and beverages. Coffee/tea without salt is nice but the salt removes bitterness and brings out flavour.
I think the next Molly Tries should be "Molly Tries To Limit to 1500mg of Sodium In A Day"

Why is no one talking about how Chris doesn’t like peanut butter and bananas?!? I know lots of people don’t like it but for some reason that shocked me.

It's really nice to see that professional chefs dislike fairly normal foods. I've always loved cooking but felt held back because I absolutely despise mushrooms and pretty much everyone loves mushrooms, so seeing that professionals can't stand certain things makes me feel better.
I don’t like mushrooms because of the texture, so I don’t blame you. I do not mind the flavors but absolutely can’t eat them because of their texture.
@@Livlocalmartian different types of mushrooms have different textures. Have you tried deep fried oyster mushrooms for example? Or thinly sliced roasted portobello which is a vegan bacon alternative? With the exception of Molly and Carla, I love that the pairs were totally switched up this time around! It’s great that we get to see dynamics we don’t usually see in other BA videos. Sohla/Delany, Chris/Chaey, Andy/Gaby (so cute!!), Priya/Amiel--we stan.

I was a Chinese person that used to hate century eggs but learned to love them so much that I'd crack one open and eat it whole as a snack. The key that lead me to liking the century eggs is 皮蛋瘦肉粥 (century egg and pork congee)。You seriously need to make this for Alex instead of just the white congee with century egg on top. The century egg just imparts this "je ne sais quoi" to the congee that makes it absolutely amazing. I started by picking out just adding one century egg to a huge family sized portion of congee but as time progress, I kept feeling like I was missing something when compared to the ones I had at the restaurants. It was a taste that I could not replicate no matter how much fish sauce, oyster sauce, stock etc that I added to the congee so I upped the century egg concentration and BANG that was it. I grew to love the taste and I found myself adding more and more and more century eggs into the congee until one day I just decided to take a bite out of the egg as I was cooking. It was life changing. Now, my favorite appetizer to make is century eggs with silkn tofu and scallions with a little bit of soy sauce, chinese black vinegar and sesame oil. I can eat this for days!! Totally recommend!! Century eggs are DELICIOUS!!!!!
Ah. I really miss all of these people in one room. Was the best place to be on UA-cam.

Gabby made me laugh so much in this one. I feel like if Brad was there he'd have really been "What, ONLY six gloves?" So great!
There was a lot of salt in that pesto. I don't like cooked green peppers, but if it's raw I'm okay with it. I feel cooking brings out the bitterness of the green pepper.

Green bell peppers suck and I don't care that Gabby made them I still wouldn't want to eat it.
