The nerve of asking amil to cook eggs after he already made eggs 59 ways
that’s what I was thinking

But if they didn’t include him I’d wonder where he was- like he should be introducing the other chefs or something hahha

I love how we are collectively ignoring Carla's other deformed egg like it's not there
ikr why did she decide doing 2 eggs at once ......
Ive never seen a professional chef make poached eggs so bad. It's really easy. Im personally against the spinning water technique because you get what happened to Carla's. It lost half the whites and only really get one good one. Just crack the egg into a ladle and dip the ladle into the water until it firms a bit and then let it go. You can do as many as you want this way and the water never gets gross and the eggs are perfectly held together.
I'm ignoring Prya's egg right now.
and the way she talks badly about every technique and does THIS wrong ?? karma !
@@IDiggPattyMayonnaise Carla's vortex was way too fast, the way I was taught to do the method was a gentle swirl so it encourages the egg into a more circular shape but doesnt tear it apart.
