This watch has changed my life I am more efficient and productive I love the GPS feature that vibrates when you have to make a turn o got the cellular added for ten bucks more a month and don't even needs my phone that much anymore I highly recommend one to anyone trying to get in shape or motivated I have the 3 series and it is perfect for my apple 7. The watch is scary accurate it detected my heart rate going up when I was smoking a cigarette I use to think the watch wasn't practical but with my life changing with my new job it's completely practicable if a person always on the go!!
