Newtown guy here, theres so many new restaurants that have popped up in 2 years. Also driving in the old portion on washington ave is nice too. Takes you back to the 1800s.

You missed Yardley Pa. perhaps the best place cost benefit wise in bucks. Yardley is on the river has the Delaware canal running through it as well as lake Afton in the center of town. It is also bordered by I 95 at one end has a commuter rail into Philly at another end is 4 miles from Washingtons Crossing, 7 to Newtown, 12 mi to New Hope. Has only one small townhome cluster by the ralline. Yardley students go to a very good and local Pennsbury school system. The town has roughly 2500 residents.

Yes, I’m very familiar with Yardley! This list was from Niche.com so they didn’t have Yardley on their list but I’ve made videos about Yardley.

I grew up in Washington Crossing in the mid-1960s when the most expensive house was @$70,000. It was heaven on earth.

You might check on the reality of nightlife in Newtown and the average definition of that. Restaurants and supermarket open till 10 might not be the definition of nightlife that most people have.

Yes certainly, everyone’s definition of “nightlife” is different.

@6:55 that's Bristol Borough, not to be confused with Bristol Township. They are right next to each other but Bristol Borough is only 2 square miles

You totally undersold Perkasie. People should know about the library is right there, there's a park with a dog park and a skateboard park for the kids who love it. The library has a pool for a fee. They have some fun events. But Dublin... is boring. I personally love Dublin, because I like a small community. However, close to Peace Valley Park which is beautiful. The young generation probably would not like it too much.

The only thing is Perkasie has a dirt bag side. Always in the police blotters. Cute town though. Dublin is hillbilly for sure. Anything above Doylestown gets sketchy

Plenty of love for Yardley. I did a video all about Yardley. Are you a Yardley resident?
