    Ingredients:
    - 4 Eggs
    - 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
    - 45g Butter
    - 20g All-Purpose Flour
    - 160g Milk
    - 60g Sugar
    Instructions:
    1. Separate 4 egg yolks from the white
    2. Add 1 Tsp Vanilla extract to eggs yolks
    3. Mix well
    4. In a saucepan over medium low heat, melt 45 g of butter
    5. Add 20g All-Purpose Flour
    6. stir the mixture well
    7. Add 160g Milk
    8. keep stirring until it thickens and eventually forms a soft, slightly solid dough, then turn off the heat
    9. Add the mixture of 4 egg yolks and the vanilla extract
    10. Mix well
    11. In a container, whisk the 4 egg whites + 60g of sugar
    12. until the egg whites start to whiten like a meringue
    13. Add the meringue to the prepared pastry cream
    14. When stirring the meringue, be very gentle and do not stir the meringue until it foams
    15. in a cake tin, Spread the butter (at room temperature) evenly inside the cake tin with a brush
    16. Pour the granulated sugar into the mold, then pour it slowly along the edge, so that the granulated sugar adheres evenly to the inside of the baking mold
    17. Pour the mixture into the mold
    18. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 392 °F for 13-14 minutes
    19. Sprinkle icing sugar on top
