Switched is a drama live action adaption based on the japanese shoujo manga called, Sora wo kakeru yodaka, which I read years ago when it came out in the year 2013. The miracle is just a 15 minute korean web series drama from 2016 about twin sisters who are different and switch places and have to live each other's lives until they can switch back. Switched has an entirely different plot line but just so happens coincidentally that they both involve two girls where one is fat and the other is skinny. Hope that clarifies it😊
