I know right and yet I'd like to see her go through the mud with some other clothes on that's ok to get muddy and really go for it when it's super muddy with her bike.

But children truly are born with a personality (caregiver-type) so hard to know if it would even matter ... Though great idea ... Maybe all kids ought to have a set of PLAY CLOTHES only ! that can take a beating for the fun of it!!! LOL ...... Easy to fantasize about the perfect childhood to match the perfect family when you do not have 4 children LOL
@@Maureen_Schilder I grew up as the middle of 3 kids so I grew up in "play clothes". I was playing in the mud and creek with or without my bike. Those were some of the best times climbing trees, riding through mud, then playing in the creek to clean off and drying off before going inside with fairly clean clothes.

These kids are growing up so fast. I love Claire's generous heart. June yelling "Bye" cracks me up! Carson getting piled on by Claire and June trying to get him up the next morning to go to the park, and he doesn't yell at them to get off him. Then off course we have Millie becoming a little super scooter. These kids are all just awesome!

As much as I completely loved Claire's sweet and generous spirit. I love June's spunk. The dress conversation was hilarious. Aww… her eyes! She is so happy and proud. Good that you made her save so she can buy the bike herself. I had to buy my bike too. I did not get any allowance.and asked to get money for my birthdays and for Christmas. It took me a few years to save up, but I made it. 50+ years later, I remember the feeling of accomplishment and pride of saving up for a dream. 😀 Claire choose a beautiful bike. One of my very favorite viewings offered. Teaches so many vulnerable character traits and having a caring and loving heart as well. Not everyone can have such grandiose adventures but you keep it real as to what can be done in a childhood that matters. Keep moving forward in humility and strength from Above. As soon as I saw Claire's old bike I was like: why does that look so familiar? Then I realized I used to have the exact same bike and I was OBSESSED with it I used it like every day but then I grew out of it. I have so many memories with that bike :)

I won my first bike at 8 years old & I still remember how proud & excited I was with that CCM blue bike! I’m 62 and still riding bikes (road & mtn bikes) and it’s one of the most fun, liberating, self empowering hobbies a young or older woman can have, not to mention all the excellent health benefits! I did the STP ride in 2014 and highly recommend that as a future goal. Please Dave, consider getting Claire some bike gloves for when one falls off a bike the first thing that goes down usually is your hands so next to the helmet its one of the best investments in cycling safety measure you can make. Have fun with your beautiful new wheels Claire🚴🏻♀️!
