You should use “besciamella” which is a sauce made with milk, flour, powder of nutmeg and salt instead of the ricotta, it will get more juicy so if you make it cook for a little more the pasta is able to hold together all the ingredients, but the lasagna isn t dry, so it s easier to cut and eat and most important it s better in flavor

I'll say though you don't need to pre-boil the noodles, just add about 1/2 cup of water to the pan, cover, and just cook in the oven for about 45mins to 1hr. I found a pretty good recipe that I've pretty much memorized, bc whenever my friends get together and everyone brings food, they ask if I'm going to make my lasagna.
