    Girl, the disease of tribalism and clanism is a disease that's affected almost all Somali regions. May Allah cure all Somalis from this disease but it's unfortunate that this is one of the main reasons why we as Somalis have so much division and hostility towards each other.

      Yea unfortunately this is something you can find across the Somali region, really across Africa not just Somalis. But it hit especially different in Hargeisa. Maybe its because I was personally connected to it there. I didnt see this same emphasis in other places. Its unfortunate because its really a beautiful place. May Allah bless and protect them, and unify all of Africa on goodness ameen.

    sister thank you about information you gave to us , but take into the count everywere you go you see someone is helping and someone is cheating that is common in this life so clan is what demolished somalis but i hope foreigners can understand that it is what somalis cant negotiate each other what wars is always based on in somalia or somaliland but soma how people are working hard while government are cheating civilians so good luck

    Bit confused your accent as I couldn't see your face Im unable to identify where ORIGINATED!.
    Are from Senegal or Namibian?
    Its really shame that you leaving the Republic of Somaliland because its peaple are "Too Nationalism" to me the great people of Somaliland are really lacking of it. Come to America and you will realise what nationalism is it all about, in a good way.
    Tribalism IS NOT good but healthy nationalism is fine.
    In your speech, I REALLY LIKED 👍 when you were saying "Hargeisa Somaliland," and u repeatedly said that number of times. In which I have appreciated it a lot.
    Anyway, safe journey wherever you are heading right now. But plz avoid mixing the Republic of Somaliland and Somalia for ur next videos as these 2 DO NOT GO hand in hand 4 obvious reasons.
    Finally come back soon if u really believe the Republic of Somaliland in heart ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗

      @@halimasultan03 Leaving the country because of clan issue is a lame excuse and unconfinsing . Hargeisa is a huge city with various microenvirons easy to fit and strive. Whatever impel you to leave, enjoy the rest of your life and welcome back

    You did tell us nothing except your concerns with the family you married into and generalising your experience with them is unfair to the rest of the people living there. You’re wearing Hijab and yet malign a whole city in your opinion.

    • @halimasultan03
      @halimasultan03  2 місяці тому

      @@nugaal012 I don't think I maligned a whole country. In fact, I spoke quite highly of the country . Like I said in the video, I've lived in Somaliland for a long time, had 2 kids there, and left behind a lot of memories so I can never malign the country. I explained this all in the video. Furthermore, I spoke from MY experiences and it didn't concern only one matter. Anyone can feel free to disagree with me, but its my opinions.

    It’s true tribalism is real in Somaliland and it’s a real disease. I was born and raised in Hargiesa and i can understand what you saying..
    but the part of hargiesa I was from was abit good good place for everyone especially foreigners..!!’ I’m speaking about Jigjiga yar area there’s alot Ethiopians and other communities have More respect and welcoming its alot diverse community.. I don’t know if things changed after sometime…. Tribalism and hostility is more to southern hargiesa especially Masala area.. but never the less I understand what you are saying..,, I’m sorry for what you have experienced
