      Sea Salt. Avoid table salt at any cost. Buy Sea salt from the salt farmers directly.

      I advise go for Himalayan Salt ( pink salt, it is also called as sendra lavana) and black Salt, which are good for health.

    People say we should eat rock salt and not to use ormal salt? I sit true, what is your suggestion?

      Sea Salt is what Dr Khadar vali has suggested. Avoid table salt at any cost. Buy Sea salt from the salt farmers directly.

    I have a doubt please clarify
    We use jowar bajra and ragi flour on daily basis. But to make it's flour we do not soak them....is it necessary to soak these millets before making their flour?

      Any millet we have to soak a minimum of 5 to 6 hours. Shift to five positive millets. Bajra and Ragi we can eat once in a while.

      No need to soak these neutral grains if it is not causing any digestive issues. As these neutral grains are not rich in fibre as positive grains. But it is good practice to soak for 2-3 hours .
