what is organic in Himalayan pink salt? there is nothing like that, i suppose. You can use it anyway, but its different from sea salt for sure.

i dont think you can get a branded sea salt pure. better find some shops, of kirana stores will keep it in jute bags, you can at least trust that as genuine sea salt. depends on which part of india you are you should check.

sea water got collected in small flat leveled soil fields, and let the water was evaporated by sun naturally, leaving behind the salt crystals formed during crystalisation.

oh. constipation 5 year ho, ya das saal ho, koyi chinta nahi. if it is very severe, first take help of Movicol sachets just to help you initially. But in parallel , make it habbit of driking luke warm water every day morning empty stomack 1.25 litres. drink witghin 5-6 minutes time, but slowly initially, if you are not used to drink so much water before. later try to walk (if you can) for 15-20 minutes, slowly. and i am sure in 90% that you will get the stool out. make it habit..constipation gone. also eat more fibre foods.

Common sea salt is not available in the market doctor saab 😶 . I think if at all its available it will cost very high like millets .
